Gurugram, Haryana: BPTP Ltd., led by Chairman and Managing Director Mr Kabul Chawla, has received two recognitions at the 17th Realty+ Excellence Awards 2025, North for its residential developments Amstoria Verti-Greens and GAIA Residences. Amstoria Verti-Greens was named “Skyscrapers Project of the Year”, while GAIA Residences received the “Design Project of the Year” award.

The awards were presented at a ceremony held at The Leela Ambience, Gurugram. The recognitions were received on behalf of BPTP by Mr Harinder Dhillon, National Sales Head, BPTP Limited, and Mr Varun Juneja, Sr. VP Architecture, BPTP Limited. The two awards recognise distinct aspects of the projects, including their architectural approach, design considerations and integration of sustainability-oriented features.
Amstoria Verti-Greens was recognised under the Skyscrapers Project of the Year category for its high-rise vertical gardens and energy-efficient building technologies. Located along Dwarka Expressway, the project incorporates 15 sky gardens across five towers along with extensive club and amenity spaces. The development blends landscaped elements with high-rise residential planning, incorporating green spaces within the project’s vertical structure.
GAIA Residences, also located along Dwarka Expressway, received the Design Project of the Year recognition for its architectural and environmental design considerations. The project features glass-and-metal facade towers designed to support energy savings and reduce outside noise. It is IGBC Platinum pre-certified and designed to Seismic Zone V standards. Its elevated amenity planning includes sky gardens with a yoga deck, a library lounge and a co-working lounge positioned at different levels within the development.
Both developments benefit from their location along Dwarka Expressway, with access to key business and commercial destinations across Gurugram and Delhi. The projects are positioned within reach of major hubs including Cyber City and Ambience Mall, while IGI Airport and essential social infrastructure are also accessible from the developments.
The Realty+ Excellence Awards 2025 – North brought together stakeholders from across the region’s real estate sector, recognising work across design, execution, technology, and sustainability.
